The Role:

As a Sonic Crew Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by preparing and serving high-quality menu items. Your primary goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere and provide prompt service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and package menu items to order

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries

Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Basic math and reading skills

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
