About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. as a member of our direct care team serving adults with serious mental illness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for residents
  • Perform housekeeping and meal preparation duties
  • Administer medication as prescribed by medical professionals
  • Keep accurate clinical documentation of resident progress

Requirements:

  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 pounds

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly wage of $22.00 per hour, DOE/Credentials
  • Additional 5% language differential offered for bilingual or multilingual candidates
  • Opportunity to work in a secure, 8-bed program serving adults with mental illness
