Vets Hired is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our Thermal Barcode sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Thermal Barcode market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for new and existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in the Thermal Barcode industry with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated experience selling to integrated software accounts with a focus on direct selling.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Ability to travel extensively, as required.
