Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dermatology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting approved products within a defined region, achieving sales targets, and providing expert advice to healthcare professionals.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
  • Promote Approved Products: Develop and execute strategies to promote approved products to healthcare professionals within your defined region, ensuring you meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop Territory Plans: Utilize insights and feedback to create detailed territory and account plans, informing strategies and driving results.
  • Deliver Scientific Information: Conduct in-office presentations, organize speaker programs, and deliver accurate and compliant scientific information to healthcare professionals.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Maintain a high level of expertise on assigned products and stay up-to-date with emerging data.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and share relevant insights.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Utilize Digital Tools: Leverage digital tools and CRM systems to plan and track interactions and engagement with healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Scientific Degree or Experience: Possess an advanced scientific degree or 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals/biotechnology in healthcare sales or a related role.
  • Dermatology Experience: Experience in dermatology is highly desirable.
  • Clinical Data Communication: Proven ability to communicate clinical data effectively to healthcare professionals.
  • Account Management: Demonstrated success in account management and achieving sales goals.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively across teams with a proactive solution-oriented approach.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strong customer relationship management and ability to tailor solutions to meet healthcare professional needs.
  • Digital Tool Competency: Competency in using digital tools and CRM systems for planning and tracking interactions.
Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
