Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to adults with psychiatric conditions
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare providers
Work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve treatment goals
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
New York State LCSW social worker from an accredited training program with a practice focus on adult psychiatric patients
Supervised outpatient clinical experience with both adults and adolescents
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday days. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
