Executive Hotel Director

Are you a seasoned hotel professional seeking a challenging role that combines leadership, operations, and sales expertise? Look no further As an Executive Hotel Director at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver outstanding results.
- Operations: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service standards.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, build relationships with key clients, and negotiate contracts to secure long-term agreements.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Windows operating systems, Company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
