Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Excellence Specialist to join our team at PayZero. This role involves calling and scheduling appointments with local businesses, utilizing your exceptional sales skills to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through proactive lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs
  • Prioritize leads and qualified opportunities to ensure timely closure
  • Achieve daily appointment quotas, consistently exceeding targets
  • Develop and maintain a database of prospects within your assigned territory, identifying key players and generating interest
  • Foster strong relationships with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in inside sales, with a history of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence, capable of dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to overcome objections
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, ensuring seamless workflow

Benefits:

  • Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
