We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Host or Hostess to join our team at the Tampa Marriott Water Street. This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.

Job Summary

The Breakfast Host or Hostess will be responsible for greeting guests, determining their party size, and seating them in a clean and available table. They will also guide guests through the dining rooms, provide assistance as needed, and maintain the cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

A related work experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required. You should also have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a hotel shuttle vehicle if needed.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
