OverviewKorzen Health is a leading healthcare provider in the Raleigh, NC area, with a well-established Private Primary Care Group seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Primary Care Physician to join their team as Medical Director.
The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical and leadership skills, with experience in managing a team of healthcare professionals. As Medical Director, you will play a key role in shaping the future of primary care at Korzen Health, driving quality initiatives, and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 12 Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants in providing high-quality primary care services
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient flow and optimal treatment plans
Requirements:
- Board certification in Family Medicine or related specialty
- At least 5 years of experience in primary care medicine, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range: $250,000 - $300,000 per year
- Bonus structure: eligible for up to 50% of net collections
- Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off
