Responsibilities:
  • Effectively screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and develop appropriate plans of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards.
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes for effectiveness and modify services as needed.
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
  • Document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records according to company policy.

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Ability to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
