Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Leader to oversee the medical-surgical unit at AdventHealth Heart of Florida. As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the unit, including patient care, staff supervision, and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's degree in Nursing or higher
  • A current valid State of Florida or multi-state license as a Registered Nurse
  • BLS certification

Work Environment

This position requires working in a fast-paced healthcare environment with frequent interaction with patients, families, and staff. You must be able to work effectively in a team setting and make sound decisions under pressure.
