Role Overview:
Northwestern Medical Center is seeking an experienced part-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to collaborate with our General Surgeons.
This position entails rounding on inpatients, wound care, assisting in the OR, simple procedures, and post-op visits.
Responsibilities:
- Rounding on inpatients and providing high-quality patient care
- Assisting in the OR and performing simple procedures
- Providing wound care and wound vac dressings
- Conducting post-op visits and monitoring patient recovery
- Collaborating with General Surgeons to ensure seamless patient care
Work Schedule:
The schedule starts at 7:00 AM, alternating 2 and 3 days each week. No call, no weekends.
