Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to our members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Environmental Maintenance: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including sweeping, cleaning, and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and provide support to other associates as needed.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Safety Certification: Possession of a valid food safety certification.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
