Program Director Residential Treatment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director Residential Treatment to join our team at CFG Health Network. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in social work and leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Implement the overall planning, operation, and management of the residential treatment program.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Supervise and direct the activities of program staff, including physicians, nurses, and therapists.
- Oversee the development and implementation of employee performance evaluations and training programs.
- Monitor and report on program performance, including financial and clinical metrics.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop and implement strategic plans and goals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including licensure and accreditation surveys.
- Masters degree from an accredited graduate school in social work.
- At least 3 years of professional experience serving youth in a residential or inpatient hospital behavioral health treatment program, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Active and valid New Jersey license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with supervisory capabilities.
