Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CRNA to join our team at St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, ID. As a member of our anesthesia department, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a guaranteed compensation package, including a competitive salary and starting bonus. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide array of case mixes, with no complex pediatrics or burns. Our hospital offers a supervision model with a 4:1 ratio, ensuring that you have the support and resources needed to excel in your role.

Responsibilities
  • Provide anesthesia services to patients undergoing various surgical procedures
  • Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
