Job Description:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a Senior Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to individuals with developmental disabilities, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information. You will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a valid Florida LPN license, as well as a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will need to be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
