We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Water Resources Management Professional to join our expanding water management team.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hydraulic analyses for water distribution systems using advanced modeling software.
  • Analyze data related to water use, population growth, water quality, and infrastructure conditions.
  • Evaluate the availability and reliability of water supplies.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, including reports, master plans, and technical memos.
  • Support senior engineers and engage in business development efforts when appropriate.
  • Accurately track time across various project tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; experience in water system planning, hydraulic modeling, or a related field.
    • Familiarity with CAD, GIS, and hydraulic modeling software is essential.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) in California or eligible to obtain licensure.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in a related field.
    • Proven capability in managing multiple priorities, performing engineering calculations, and producing clear technical summaries.

Compensation and Benefits:

This opportunity comes with an estimated salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

  • This position may include occasional travel, including overnight assignments.
