Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Team Member to join our team at SIMOS Insourcing Solutions. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including unloading, loading, palletizing, and other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unload and load shipments, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
  • Palletize and store inventory, maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently
  • Assist with inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds, with or without assistance
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
