Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional looking for a new challenge in the Boston area? CSI Pharmacy is seeking a highly motivated Specialty Account Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading pharmacy company, delivering top-notch services to patients and healthcare professionals. As a Senior Sales Professional, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources in designated sales territories/regions.

You will collaborate with senior management to improve efficiency, product knowledge, and selling skills to meet personal and company goals. Formulating business plans to achieve and exceed forecasted annual sales revenue goals will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively prospect referrals from present and prospective customers
  • Develop territory plans to obtain optimal efficiency in servicing customer needs and marketing seeking new business/customers
  • Educate referral sources on all CSI services relating to customer needs and benefits
  • Create competitive strategies and routing based upon market trends
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of two years medical sales or equivalent experience
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Home infusion or specialty pharmacy experience a plus

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, plus commission. Additionally, we provide:
