Job Summary: HQ Aero Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Avionics Electronics Specialist to join our team in Greensboro, NC. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing operational checks, troubleshooting, and repairing avionics and electrical systems on all types of aircraft.

About the Role:

  • Perform a variety of installation and maintenance tasks on avionics hardware and wiring assemblies
  • Determine if work can safely be accomplished if aircraft is in a power-on mode and conduct necessary testing
  • Fabricate and install all wiring assemblies, static lines, and associated mechanical equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work within estimated hours and follow all safety procedures and specifications

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years' experience troubleshooting and effecting Avionics repairs on Military or Commercial aircraft
  • Must provide own tools as indicated on company tool list
  • Language (read, write, speak, and understand English)
  • FCC License and/or A&P Certificate preferred

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Subject to noises in excess of 85 dB
  • Capable of lifting fifty (50) pounds
  • Minimum visual acuity of 20/40 corrected and full color vision

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
