About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Aequor Technologies. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing rehabilitative assistance to help patients achieve their speech and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support each patient's unique needs.
  • Consult with teachers, parents, or medical providers to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for patients.
  • Provide coaching, verbal, and written communication skills to patients and their family members.
  • Maintain detailed records of patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of speech-related conditions, causes, and treatments.
  • Excellent coaching, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Attentive and caring, with the ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Speech Pathologist.
  • CCC-SLP Certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology).
  • Active [STATE] Speech Language Pathologist License in good standing.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist or in a similar role.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
