Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a critical member of our front desk team, you will provide warm welcomes to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional. Your role will involve:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining open communication with other departments.
  • Monitoring rates, availability, and guest room blocks daily, ensuring balanced accounting functions, including cash banks, A/R, credit card processing, and room charges.
Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs for our guests.
  • Maintaining accurate records, including guest information, room assignments, and billing details.
  • Managing cash handling, including processing payments and making change as needed.
  • Providing assistance with inquiries, complaints, and concerns from guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of hotel experience or similar office experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills.
  • Able to work early mornings, late nights, and unpredictable hours, including weekends and holidays.
