About the Role

We're seeking an experienced RN Clinical House Supervisor to provide exceptional patient-centered care across the continuum. In this role, you'll oversee acute patient care resource allocation, unit operations, and patient flow to ensure seamless patient safety and satisfaction. You'll also serve as a role model of organizational service standards, mission, vision, and values, promoting a culture of excellence within our team.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for patient flow and resource allocation to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Serve as a representative leader, collaborating with various services, including employee health, human resources, infection prevention, health information, and risk management, to ensure service availability and coordination.
  • Participate in committee work, leadership meetings, and projects to contribute to strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate practice alerts, policy changes, and educational opportunities to team members during rounds and bed huddles.
  • Respond to emergency situations, including medical and facility codes, and facilitate patient movement to higher levels of care as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or commitment to obtain BSN within five years for current ThedaCare RNs.
  • Current Wisconsin RN license.
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
  • Three years of clinical experience.
  • Two years of experience leading projects, councils/committees, and/or clinical improvement work.

Estimated Salary: $62,000 - $82,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
