Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled trades maintenance professional to join our team at Aerotek. This is a permanent position based in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive work assignments with detailed drawings, schematics, and specifications to diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Set up and operate common machine shop equipment, including N/C burn machines, hydraulic shears, press brakes, saws, and cranes.
  • Use precision measuring instruments to inspect and verify the quality of work.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Fabricate miscellaneous weldments using various types of welding equipment, adhering to strict safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Perform machinery rigging, loading, unloading, and moving tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Modify and install mechanical equipment, collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Troubleshoot PLCs and frequency drives to identify and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
  • Mechanical repair and troubleshooting experience (5+ years)
  • Electrical troubleshooting experience (2+ years)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and programming.
  • Experience working with a variety of precision measuring instruments.
  • Ability to fabricate miscellaneous weldments using different welding techniques.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is estimated to be around $72,363 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
