Job Description

This position is responsible for designing and developing new materials, technologies, and concepts to reduce the detectability of aircraft in various spectrums. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with cross-functional groups to plan and implement Radio Frequency (RF) modeling and testing of complex targets at our premier indoor/outdoor RCS/RF test facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and apply advanced electromagnetic analysis codes to predict and optimize the performance of stealth systems
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to achieve a balanced design that meets all requirements
  • Work with classified cutting-edge technology to reduce the detectability of aircraft
  • Post-process complex electromagnetic data to identify trends and exploit them to help aircraft vanish from radar screens
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have a strong background in electromagnetics, aerospace engineering, or a related field, as well as relevant professional or military experience. A Master's degree in physics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field is preferred, along with a government in-scope DoD Top Secret security clearance.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a savings plan, company-paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
