Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver/Shower Aide to join our team at New Perspective Senior Living LLC.

This is a perfect opportunity for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of our residents by providing daily quality care, engaging activities, and enrichment programs.

As a Caregiver/Shower Aide, you will be responsible for assisting with daily personal and medical care routines, providing physical fitness, brain fitness, and social/spiritual enrichment activities, and observing residents to report any changes in their physical, mental, and emotional condition.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to prioritize and organize work effectively, and have a high school diploma or equivalency.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a $250 bonus for part-time employment and a $500 bonus for full-time employment, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily personal and medical care routines
  • Provide physical fitness, brain fitness, and social/spiritual enrichment activities
  • Observe residents and report any changes in their physical, mental, and emotional condition
  • Record proper medical and health documentation
  • Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and living areas

Qualifications:

  • No experience necessary - training will be provided
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
