We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As an HHA with Interim HealthCare, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors in your community.

**About the Role:**

This is a rewarding career opportunity for those who enjoy helping others. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care and support to seniors in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.

You will also help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises, provide medication reminders, document client conditions, and notify supervisors of any concerns. Additionally, you will ensure a safe home environment by clearing pathways and participating in activities that bring joy to clients, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and active Home Health Aide CNA certification in NC. Six months of experience in a healthcare role is preferred, along with CPR certification, Covid-19 vaccination card, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and transportation. You should possess a compassionate and helping nature, good communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

**Salary Estimate:** $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and location. This translates to approximately $37,440-$45,760 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming 52 weeks of employment.
