Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $16-$19 per hour, equivalent to $33,280 - $39,440 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek. In addition to a rewarding salary, our benefits package includes affordable medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as excellent paid time off (PTO) and a 403(b) retirement plan.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing general clerical support, including data entry, database maintenance, and reception duties. You will also assist in maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent, plus less than one year of administrative office experience, or
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of administrative office experience,
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook email software.
