Housekeeping Expert

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Expert to join our team at SpringHill Suites by Marriott. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Restock amenities and supplies as needed
• Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous housekeeping or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
