Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager-In-Training (MIT) to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for learning and growing with us, gaining hands-on experience in managing your own account, and developing leadership skills to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • General Training & Comprehension: Learn and perform job assignments of housekeeper, heavy housekeeper/floor tech, and laundry worker positions, and operate industrial cleaning equipment.
  • Leadership Development: Assist in training, quality control, and in-servicing staff according to policies and procedures.
  • Policies & Procedures: Provide leadership, support, and guidance to ensure quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, ability to maintain records, and complete reports as required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
