The Office of the Secretary of Health and Human Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Secretary and their staff.

About the Role:

  • This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting the Secretary's office and contributing to the development of health policy.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements, as well as managing correspondence and documents.
  • You will also provide administrative support to other staff members, including scheduling appointments and handling phone calls and emails.

About You:

  • We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, preferably in a government or healthcare setting.
  • You should have a strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and have excellent time management skills.
