Diesel Technician Opportunity

Welcome to Gordon Food Service, where we're passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a Diesel Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining our fleet of tractors and trailers, ensuring our customers receive their daily deliveries on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair diesel tractors and trailers to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rates, up to $31.60/hour
  • Shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts
  • Additional $1.00/hour shift differential for both 2nd and 3rd shifts
  • Annual $1,000 tool allowance and $150 boot allowance

Requirements:
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's license
  • Diesel tractor-trailer experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate in English, writing, speaking, and reading
  • Physical requirements include lifting up to 100 pounds
