Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Psychologist to join our team as a Clinical Psychologist - Autism Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive clinical evaluations of children ages 18 months to 12 years of age exhibiting potential neurodevelopmental disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic testing for suspected neurodevelopmental disorders using ADOS-2 and other assessment tools
  • Analyze results data and write clear evaluation reports
  • Meet with families to explain diagnostic evaluation findings
  • Draft comprehensive reports detailing all identified symptoms and areas of impairment related to confirmed ASD diagnoses
  • Work closely with Diagnostic Clinic staff on customer service for evaluations and meetings
  • Stay up to date on best practices for autism diagnostic assessments and ensure accurate implementation

  • Demonstrated clinical competencies essential to performing diagnostic duties

  • Communicates effectively verbally and written with internal and external stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changes
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume clinic environment by prioritizing timeliness and accuracy
  • Patient and empathetic when working with patients and their families, especially when delivering a diagnosis
Work Environment

The Psychologist will work at our diagnostic clinic, with occasional travel for in-person meetings, conferences, or training. The role is eligible to work remotely when assessments are not scheduled.
