Accounting Supervisor

A&A Safety Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, Health Savings Account, ancillary coverages such as accident and cancer insurance, 401(k), vacation and sick pay, and paid holidays.

• Supervise and manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate classification of transactions in the general ledger.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and perform analytical reviews.
• Prepare and review reconciliations of various general ledger accounts promptly.
• Handle monthly and quarterly tax reporting (sales/use tax, fuel tax).
• Support management with recurring and ad hoc analyses.
• Research and resolve financial transaction queries from management.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in monthly account reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with annual external audits.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
