About the Role
MRG Exams, a leading provider of Independent Medical Exams for Worker's Compensation, Disability, and the Veterans Administration, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team as an Independent Contractor.
Job Overview
We are looking for a licensed psychologist with a PsyD or Ph.D. from an APA-accredited program to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
Responsibilities
- Review behavioral health records electronically through a secure Web Portal and perform comprehensive assessments in person on each Veteran.
- Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal.
- Assess 4 Veterans per day on average.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Psy.D from an APA-accredited program.
- Active & unrestricted Psychology license.
- Meet credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.

Salary Range
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 based on national averages for Clinical Psychologists in New York. As an Independent Contractor, your hourly rate will be determined based on your experience and qualifications.
