Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for design and a desire to contribute to the architecture and design industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and execution of various construction projects, including warehouses, nuclear facilities, healthcare establishments, high-tech manufacturing units, hyper-scale data centers, and expansive campuses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective project objectives.
  • Utilize advanced design tools such as AutoCAD, Grasshopper, Rhino, and other 3D modeling software to create innovative design solutions.
  • Conduct performance analysis to evaluate the viability and sustainability of design proposals.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to the latest building codes and regulations, as well as the highest standards of safety and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to coordinate resources, meet deadlines, and achieve project goals.
  • Perform QA/QC duties to ensure the quality of design and construction work.
  • Contribute to the development of sustainable design strategies to enhance environmental performance.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure project success.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Architectural registration is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and construction industry, preferably in the sectors of nuclear, healthcare, high-tech manufacturing, hyper-scale data centers, or campuses.
  • Proficiency in REVIT, combined with skills in AutoCAD, parametric design (Grasshopper, Rhino), and other 3D modeling tools like Lumion.
  • Demonstrated experience in performance analysis, QA/QC procedures, and sustainable design.
  • A thorough understanding of building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • A passion for design and a commitment to enhancing the built environment.
