At Q Hotels Management, we're seeking a talented Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every stay is memorable.

About the Role

As a Front Desk Associate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, from check-in to check-out. You'll manage online and phone reservations, inform customers about payment methods, and register guests with their contact details and exact dates of stay.

You'll also welcome guests upon arrival, assign rooms, provide information about our hotel, and respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you'll liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and tidy, confirm group reservations, upsell facilities and services when appropriate, and maintain updated records of bookings and payments.

We're looking for someone who is warm, people-oriented, and has a team-first attitude. If you're willing to work any scheduled shifts without exception, can lift/push/pull up to 15lbs, and have reliable transportation, we'd love to hear from you.
