Medical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient triage and preparation for treatment, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
- Perform basic clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs and collecting samples, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment in the emergency room, adhering to strict safety and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless execution of procedures and documentation, promoting a culture of transparency and open communication.
- Ensure the availability and functionality of medical supplies and equipment, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Completion of a medical assistant or emergency medical technician program, demonstrating a strong foundation in clinical skills and knowledge.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), showcasing a commitment to patient safety and well-being.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
