The ideal candidate will have experience solo-developing web applications from conception to deployment, as well as working in a team environment. They should be skilled in Blazor, C#, HTML, CSS, Entity Framework, and T-SQL. The position will work closely with fellow full stack developers and software development manager to create innovative web applications for large scale construction projects. Areas of focus include scheduling, finance, commissioning, and safety. Responsibilities
  • Regularly meet with the development team to collaboratively interpret business rules, execute project tasks, and debug technical issues when they arise
  • Develop Blazor web applications which allow users to quickly make sense of or update large data sets
  • Ensure all pages are responsive, intuitive, and beautiful
  • Develop database interfaces for seamless, quick, and accurate data collection
  • Regularly refactor code to improve maintainability and team velocity
  • Question requirements and designs to verify we're building the right solution to the client's problem
  • Mentor junior developers
  • Continuously learn, grow, and improve
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years minimum experience as a full stack engineer
  • In-depth knowledge of Blazor, C#, Entity Framework, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience building web-based user interfaces with SQL Databases
  • Proficient with git
  • Experience with third party libraries (i.e. Syncfusion, Telerik, MudBlazor)
  • Attention to detail and fearless ideation
  • Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to write complex queries and dynamic stored procedures, functions, etc.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent work experience
