Job Summary

This role involves being a resource for our loyal customers, providing industry knowledge while maintaining a well-organized store environment. You will enhance the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with our team to offer each guest superior customer service.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • We are looking for someone with a welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members.
  • You should be able to communicate effectively using positive language with internal staff and external visitors.
  • BASIC MATH & MONEY COUNTING SKILLS (addition and subtraction) are necessary.
  • A professional appearance and friendly demeanor are essential.
  • You will be responsible for processing customer purchases, performing general cleaning duties, stocking shelves, and merchandising displays neatly.
  • Compliance with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data is required.
Eligibility Requirements
  • You must be at least 21 years old.
  • Maintenance of an Indiana State Employee Liquor Permit is mandatory.
  • An Indiana State Approved Server Training Certification is also required.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Prompt and courteous customer service is expected.
  • You should be able to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • General cleaning duties must be performed to company standards.
  • You will work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Staying organized, giving attention to detail, following instructions, and multitasking in a professional manner are essential.
  • Cash policies and procedures must be adhered to minimize losses.
  • Understanding and following written and verbal instructions are crucial.
  • Effective communication with people at all levels and from various backgrounds is required.
  • You must meet any state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly needed to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
  • Ability to move less than 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally, using a dolly when needed to ensure safety.
  • You must be able to perform duties without continuous supervision.
