Soliant is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician to work in a dynamic middle school setting.
Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and location.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans and manage data to ensure student progress.
- Provide individualized and group support to students exhibiting moderate to severe behaviors.
Requirements
- RBT certification required.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in behavior management and implementation.
- Familiarity with creating and managing behavior plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with male students in a middle school setting.
