About Our Job: As a senior Planner at Pland Collaborative, you will be responsible for managing various local and regional planning and design activities, including outdoor recreation, resiliency, and community redevelopment planning.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Project management, task coordination with clients and other staff members.
  • Preparing planning documents and associated deliverables, including research, evaluation, design, and compilation of studies.
  • Stakeholder engagement, meeting support, and facilitation.
  • Developing innovative solutions to complex planning challenges.
  • Collaborating with our talented team of professionals to achieve our mission.

What You'll Need:

  • Degree in urban, regional, or community planning (or similar) from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience.
  • Desired: AICP certification.
