Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Taxation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing assessment records for accuracy, providing training and support in the appraisal of real and personal property, and assisting assessors of property in the equitable and uniform completion of reappraisal programs. Additionally, you will perform annual audits to ensure compliance with state law and maintain strong working relationships through excellent customer service and open communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university, as well as two years of relevant experience. You should also have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to work well in a modern office environment.
