Job Summary

KEB America, Inc. is seeking a skilled Service and Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for performing repair work and servicing KEB products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and disassemble products to diagnose and repair issues
  • Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate repairs
  • Use diagnostic equipment to identify and troubleshoot problems
  • Make product repairs and ensure all work is completed to a high standard
  • Packaging products after repair and ensuring they are ready for shipment
  • Picking parts and materials as needed for repairs
  • Completing repair estimates and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate
  • FOLLOWING safety rules and maintaining a clean and orderly work area
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-year Associate's degree or certificate with emphasis in electronic technologies
  • Basic computer skills and math skills (standard and metric)
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to follow work instructions accurately and complete tasks at a rapid pace
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to proficiently read and write in English
  • Ability to follow all safety rules and regulations
  • Ability to see small parts with or without accommodation
  • High hand-eye coordination
  • Basic knowledge of test equipment and ability to solder
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and mechanics
