Position Summary:

The Data Analyst is accountable for the execution of data transformation into actionable insights and KPIs, including order fulfillment forecasting, and supply planning for one or more manufacturing locations. Resolves complex problems and develops, maintains, and optimizes Power BI dashboards and reports, as well as analyzing data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Serves as the project lead on various supply chain projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Transforms raw data into actionable insights and drives data-driven decision-making across the organization uncovering trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvements for warehouse operations globally.
  • Analyzes complex datasets, creating insightful visualizations, and delivering compelling reports using Power BI, for processes including but not limited to order fulfillment forecasting, and supply planning for one or more manufacturing locations.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translates them into meaningful analytics solutions using Power BI.
  • Performs ad-hoc analysis and data mining to answer specific business questions and provides actionable recommendations.
  • Leads operational improvement projects and collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on data insights.
  • Provides training and support to end-users on navigating and interpreting Power BI reports and dashboards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, data science, or a related field.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel/Power BI, with advanced skills a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL or another programming language.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Exceptional data visualization and communication skills for all audience levels.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: $75,676 - $104,055. Salary range provided per current averages and expectations. The salary and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
