Business Development Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and building professional relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Meet with dealership staff to review the process and procedures pertaining to their title and registration process.
* Maintain a strong business relationship with key dealership personnel.
* Assist with the installation of our program.
* Train dealership personnel on our portal.
* Provide support via phone, chat, and email as needed.
* Answer dealership questions regarding title and registration and DMV processing.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and support by being responsive and proactive to customer needs.
* Client Advocate - Suggests improvements to our program on behalf of the client and addresses client issues and concerns.
Qualifications:
* Must be able to deliver a high level of customer service.
* Requires an individual with excellent communication and training skills.
* Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are a must.
* Must have excellent follow-up skills.
* Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with various DMS systems is preferred.
* A clean driving record is required.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Ability to work either on a team or independently, with minimal supervision.
Experience:
* Dealership and/or DMV experience is preferred.
* Experience with Virginia vehicle title and registration.
* Knowledge of Virginia state rules and regulations regarding title and registration.
* Proficient on a PC (Internet, E-mail, Word, Excel, Google Drive).
* Frequent automotive travel is required up to 200 miles.
