Key Responsibilities
  • Source new business opportunities and respond to marketing and referral leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for their business needs.
  • Design and implement technology solutions that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Oversee client onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional client experience.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on delivering results and meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions and their application in business settings.
