Compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant for Home Health Setting

Coverage area: North side branch areas, with the potential to serve patients in their homes across various locations. Our team is committed to providing top-notch patient care, and we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our home health team.
Salary Range: $30-$35 per hour, paid on a per-visit basis.

Requirements
To be successful as a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Ability to implement care plans and communicate any findings or changes regarding patients back to the Physical Therapist and physician
- Capacity to educate patients and their families in basic home safety and medical equipment safety
You must have the following certifications and licensures:
- Associates degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- A valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state of agency operation
- Valid CPR certification
- Licensed driver able to travel to all business locations
