Job Summary:
As a Night Auditor at Kinseth Hospitality Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests while ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register guests, issue room keys, and assign rooms in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Act as hotel manager on duty, following prescribed MOD procedures for communication, emergency procedures, and guest satisfaction.
- Enter daily changes and balances accounts, including guest, house, guest tray, city ledger, and advance deposits.
- Ensure night audit procedures are completed daily, with accurate and timely information entered and posted.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving guest issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby and front desk area.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
