About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced CyberArk Engineer to join our team at phia, LLC. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
Job Description- Drive the design and implementation of IAM and PAM solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop scalable solutions that meet their needs.
- Facilitate optimization of PAM tool configurations: Integrate advanced features such as SmartRules, Splunk, multifactor authentication, ServiceNow, and SCIM server integration to enhance security and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies for maintaining and upgrading virtual appliances: Ensure optimal performance and security by regularly updating and patching virtual appliances.
- Oversee Windows and *nix system administration: Implement best practices and security enhancements to maintain a secure and stable environment.
- Design and manage high-availability solutions for Windows servers and MS SQL Server environments: Develop robust solutions to ensure minimal downtime and maximum uptime.
- Establish and refine processes for efficient account onboarding onto PAM tools: Focus on scalability and automation to reduce manual effort and increase productivity.
- Develop comprehensive strategies for password-safe user support: Implement proactive measures to reduce ticket volume and improve user experience.
- Drive the adoption of agile project management approaches: Mentor team members in best practices and lead by example to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Create and present high-level technical documentation: Develop clear and concise documents that communicate complex technical information to stakeholders.
- Establish and manage a robust after-hours support system: Ensure 24/7 coverage while maintaining work-life balance for the team.
- 10+ years of experience with Information Technology (IT): Supporting access management solutions, user privileges management, user credential management, or user security behavior monitoring.
- 5+ years of experience with CyberArk: Implementation, integration, testing, or change management.
- 5+ years supporting IAM, security operations and threat response, or security architecture: Developing and implementing security solutions that meet business needs.
- 3+ years of experience with requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing, or change management: Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that meet their needs.
- Knowledge of Active Directory or LDAP management: Configuration or design, PKI, X509, SSO across multiple domains, 2FA via PIV or CAC and scripting and coding.
- CyberArk Defender and Sentry certifications: Demonstrated expertise in CyberArk products and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field: Preferred but not required.
- 2+ years of experience implementing IAM tools in an enterprise environment: Developing and implementing security solutions that meet business needs.
- 2+ years of experience collaborating with clients to deliver results: Working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that meet their needs.
- Experience with SailPoint: Implementing and managing IAM solutions.
- Experience supporting IAM in a Cloud environment: Developing and implementing cloud-based security solutions.
- Experience with SQL database administration or management: Ensuring the security and integrity of databases.
- Experience with an SIEM tool: Monitoring and analyzing security events to identify potential threats.
- Experience analyzing Cybersecurity guidance: Staying up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices.
- Experience implementing PKI and PIV standards: Ensuring the secure management of certificates and identities.
- U.S. Citizenship required: Must be a U.S. citizen to work with classified information.

- Public Trust determination is required: Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
